PAYMENT POLICY
(does not apply to bookings made via travel agency)
Bookings will Only be confirmed after the payment of 100% of the total value of the daily rates.
50% of the total to be paid within three (03) days after the reservation request date, by credit card.
The remaining balance within ten (10) days before the arrival date, by credit card.
Extra expenses to be paid at checkout in cash or with credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(does not apply to special packages)
Up to 30 days before the check-in date: 100% of the paid amount will be refunded*.

For cancellations between 29 and 10 days before the check-in date, regardless of the reason for cancellation, we will refund* 50% of the amount paid; or alternatively, this amount can be used as a credit for hotel accommodation for a maximum period of 90 days from the date of cancellation and according to our current rate for the new desired period.

For cancellations in less than 10 days from the date of check-in, regardless of the reason for cancellation, or no-show, there will be no refund.

*Bank fee and credit card fee will be deducted from the amount to be refund.
