The menu values the regional cuisine and features local ingredients such as fruits of the land, dendê, coconut, tapioca, cashew and cocoa, all essential icons of Bahia.
Seafood and a large variety of fish often go to the table on the same day they were caught. Organic vegetables are harvested daily from our own garden.
